Children Fee: There will be NO fee for 1 child between 0-12 ages, and a second child between 0-2 ages. There will be a % 50 deduction for a second child between 2-12 ages. Children must stay with their parent(s) in a double room.
 
****Cancellation policy

In case you are unable to attend the congress, a notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing (e-mail) to the congress secretery secretary@eab.org.tr 
Due to Cancellation of registration, the refund will be as:
*received before End of February 2010, will be refunded less an administrative fee of 50 €.
*received in March 2010, will be refunded less an administrative fee of 100 €
*received after March 2010, will be non-refundable
Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee
